She was friendly and smiling as she made the inspection appointment for me. When I brought the car in for this appointment every step went very well. Mr Jackie even kindly took me home , a step way beyond . The shop was clean and busy. Along the steps to the completed repair , Sam advised me about the progress of the parts and time of expected completion of my car’s repair. Over all , just the best experience. “I usually do my own work on my cars but every now and then I come across something out of my expertise and I have to take it to a mechanic. All the times I've used Auto Doctor, I've never had a bad experience. In my most recent experience, the door handle on my son's care no longer opened the door. I found the problem and bought the part to fix it, but it turns out I would have to disassemble the entire window assembly to get to it and I didn't want that hassle. I called Jason and set an appointment. He got me in, fixed it in a few hours, and even used the part I bought which most auto shops won't do. He only charged me $150 for the labor. The service was fast and friendly.”

“I can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys. After a failed attempt at changing my alternator and water pump and a stripped alternator bolt I decided to throw in the towel and take it to a professional. I called up Glenn and he quoted me a reasonable price for everything. Not knowing anything about these guys I was a little nervous because you can never tell which mechanics will be honest. I dropped my car off with Glenn the next week a day later he called me up and told me my car was ready. I was very pleased that it all went down without a hitch. When I picked my car up Glenn popped the hood and went over every single aspect of the repair going above and beyond what I paid for making sure my car left the shop running better than when it got there. I will be taking my wife's car to him in the next couple of weeks. It makes me happy when I can leave a review like this because it means there are still honest repair shops out there. “If I could nominate anyone for sainthood, it would be Jerry Reagan. Over and over, when I had a problem and tried another mechanic because I happened to be in the neighborhood or or Reagan was backed up, they told me the fix would be more than the car was worth. Tthen I would take it to Reagan and he would get it running for incredibly cheap. This happened several times over the course of about eight years. Everyone I know has always found him a straight shooter, and my family has almost wondered how he eats with how little he charges.”
