The guy that was there in the evening was rude and demeaning towards me, which I assumed was because I am a woman who knew exactly what I needed and didn't need help, and I don't have the time to deal with insecure men when I can just drive back to Sanger and be respected and treated as a CUSTOMER, not just a WOMAN. “Last Monday I called AAI to ask if they could order and install two window regulators in my '03 Miata. Matt ordered the parts and we agreed I would drop the car off this morning at 8 am. Two hours later, Matt called me to let me know the car was "buttoned up and ready to go" and did not need new regulators. They simply cleaned things up a bit and made a few adjustments to the old regs. Matt, thanks for your honesty and professionalism. I'll be back with the other two cars very soon. Came back today with the Lexus and Tacoma for an oil change. We were in and out very quickly and at a reasonable rate. Thanks Matt”

“Once I discovered Wren's Automotive, I have not taken a vehicle anywhere else, and it's the only shop in this town/area/county that I'll recommend to my family, friends, and acquaintances. Recently, Mr. Wren replaced the alternator on my dad's truck, and as usual, he went above and beyond. He looked over the whole truck with a level of detail that you don't get at other repair shops these days. He found and repaired a few other small issues, one of which could've caused quite a bit of damage/problems if not caught in time. His prices are fair, honest, and reasonable. I'd be willing to bet his prices are better than most, if not all, other shops in Cleburne... but I wouldn't really know because I don't have as much trust or faith in any of them as I do him. I don't bother shopping around for prices. He's worth every bit of what he charges and more. You won't find a more knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, friendly, down to earth mechanic anywhere. Go see him... his integrity, knowledge, and attention to detail speak a lot louder than this review does.”
