“We rented a travel trailer from Quest over the Memorial Day weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. There was so much information about the rental service and the models available on their website, and Rachel was very responsive through email answering all of my questions. Once we settled on the details and reserved the unit my husband and I selected, all the paperwork was handled via email easily. Every time I had a question my email was responded to promptly and the customer service was top notch. Pickup was very fast, and the technician (sorry, didn't write down his name) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was thorough with his orientation to hooking up the trailer, towing, setting it up, etc. He went through all of the expectations from us, and how to return the unit on a non-business day (Memorial Day). The unit itself was SUPER clean, and everything worked great. This was our first time camping in a RV/trailer, we were testing it out as alternative to staying in a hotel for events we attend, and we'll be doing it again. Renting from a company like Quest allows us to have access to a travel trailer when we need, but not have to handle the maintenance and upkeep between uses. Truly the best of both worlds. HIGHLY recommend Quest RV, everyone we met and interacted with was very professional, prices were fair, and the equipment was clean and well maintained.”

The only thing is the guys in the garage don't have the greatest communication skills but I will say the do get the job done and I don't mean no communication skills means they aren't good workers cause it may just be that they are busy and don't have time to talk but when I have questions about my car there should be time made...but the shop is clean, the job will get done but may take a while. Over all I haven't had a bad experience otherwise and if you need a new battery or new tires this is the place to go cause they are one of the cheapest places in town.”

“I needed an inspection of an RV I intended to purchase and Reese was referred to me by the RV dealer. Upon contacting Reese I told him I needed an RV inspection done as soon as possible. Reese was able to come the following day. I shadowed Reese throughout the inspection and found him to be very thorough. Not only was he happy to explain everything he was looking for he also taught me a lot about RV’s and things to watch for and monitor. I also paid Reese to complete a compound analysis of motor oil and transmission fluid. The engine oil analysis came back substandard and Reese put me in touch with the owner of the oil analysis company so I could get further details on the findings. The oil in the vehicle had not been recently changed. I provided the information to the dealership and they changed the oil and had another analysis completed. The second oil analysis returned at an acceptable level. The RV dealership paid to extend my vehicle warranty as a result of the inspection. Throughout the process Reese was cordial, professional and thorough. His inspection gave me the confidence to purchase the 2007 motorhome. His findings prompted the dealership to extend the warranty and change the oil. I would never purchase an RV, new or used without an inspection now. If your looking to buy an RV in Texas contact Reese Carter because he’s simply the best in the Great State of Texas.”
