“Let's start with Kevin my sales rep. I called The RV Guys interested in a trailer while I was overseas coming home from a deployment. Kevin immediately knew the unit I was talking about and offered to hold it with deposit until I was able to see the unit in person the following week. Given unfortunate health conditions, their finance guy was out sick but Kevin kept me throughly informed until I could come in and sign the papers. Every time we agreed to meet each employee was on time. I hardly had to wait more than 2 mins. The following weeks, I signed the finalizing paperwork. Kevin gave me this awesome mug for my first camping trailer. Joe the service manager gave a in-depth and excellent walk through of all the electronics and mechanical parts. I left with no question unanswered. Overall, If I could purchase 10 RVs it would be from these guys. The offer a great selection, fair prices and clean environment. They are a small family owned business and I felt all my needs were taken care of as a first time owner.”

“I rode on my motorcycle from Austin to Forney to visit my son. Before I got to Forney apparently I caught a small rock in the radiator and developed a leak. I was unable to find a replacement so I called Forney radiator to ask them if they fixed motorcycle radiators. They said yes and I was skeptical. Took the radiator off took it to the shop and they had the radiator fixed within 30 minutes and only charged me $50. On top of that they had a 3-day backup but since I was on a trip they got me right in. Highly recommended. Friendly and knowledgeable and just straight up good people.”

“Went in for an annual state inspection. I arrived at 9.55 AM (state inspections starts at 10 AM) on a Tuesday morning and there were about 4-5 people ahead of me in the queue. I was asked to park my car and wait in the lobby, and informed of an approximate wait time of an hour. The lobby has seating for 6-8 people. By the time they came to take my car keys and insurance information, it was about an hour, and then the inspection was done in another 15-20 minutes. The fees were $19 and they printed out the inspection report at the cashier counter. Very polite service. Not exactly quick but close to the time estimate provided. I will come back here next year around and when I need any oil changes after my cars service agreement period.”
