TUV is the worldwide trademark of Trust and Quality. I completed a total cam chest upgrade and after 1k break in miles when oil and filter were changed there was no visible particulates in the oil or on the drain plug magnet. The oil color was almost the same shade of saphire blue as when installed. My 03 FLHRCI bought new will likely out live me, having a lot to do with the engine care this filter will help provide. “We were referred by the insurance to another body repair shop. The manager told us the damages were two separate jobs when the damage happened on the same night. Luckily, I was referred by friend to Ist Class Collission. They took pictures, processed the insurance papers and got us both damages fixed as one incident (saved us one $500 deductibles). They provided us a rental car from their own garage. We exceeded our $500 rental car allowance, but they did not charge us extra. They also gave us a discount on out deductibles. When we got our car, we were so happy with the job they did. The parts replaced were way better than pre-accident. They also did extra fixing the minor dents and paint scratches free of charge. They washed and vacuumed before returning our car. We have been going to Toyota center in Richardson three times with our 3 different cars and were disasters if not life-threatening because of substandard jobs. They even trusted me of not paying my deductible part since I did not bring my check. Then I forgot almost 2 weeks. I never got a reminder call. I apologized profusely but they were so understanding and caring. The staff, Mr. Hernandez, his wife were all helpful, polite, and honest. I highly recommend this shop.”

“This place is the best! I had to get a state inspection. It was cold out and I had two small children( a three month old and a four year old) with me. They were not having the best of days, lots of crying and kids tantrum stuff. So, I asked if someone could come to my car and help me. First the guy tells me no problem and then less than five minutes a woman walked out to my car. We did our business then I proceeded to thank her for coming to my car instead of expecting me to come in and explained about my small children. She asked if she could open the back door to where my infant was screaming in his seat. I said of course, she proceeded to calm him down. She acknowledge my daughter and talked with her about being a big sister and singing to my son. We then finalized our business and she went inside to get me a receipt. When she came back out she brought my daughter a bucket of candy to choose from. Wow! Just wow, I'm super thankful for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. She didn't have to acknowledge my children or calm my son down. That was strictly just kindness. Most places do not treat customers this way and I'm really thankful for her kind mannerisms towards my children. Great experience!”
