“GSTX is my home church. I don’t even know where to begin when talking about how much I love this place. The people in the church are the true church and they just go out of their way to make you feel loved. Literally! Two very special ladies who I consider family drove all the to Buda when my mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer simply to give us a casserole and a whole heap load of love. They have a team called Fabrics of Faith that makes prayer pillows that they pray for you over and tie knots for each prayer. The love and faith and amount of prayer is soaked into the walls. It’s my earthly home and where my friends and family are that I know I will see again on streets of gold.”

The children's ministry and student ministry have so many amazing volunteers and staff members that love you, know you, and want you to feel welcomed as who you are. I have personally met some of the most authentic people here, and going on some of the mission trips to the south Bronx, Mexico, and Dallas have absolutely refined my perspective of the world around me. I highly suggest you go, even if you feel on the fence, because they encourage you to come as you are.”
