“Creekside has been a huge blessing to our family. The friendships and discipleship, the way our kids LOVE going to church and being involved, and the people that are so authentic, generous, welcoming, and fun! Makes this place feel like family, which is what every church should feel like. Gotta love a church who don't take themselves too seriously, but DO take God and his word seriously. This is the kind of church that gives Jesus a good name!”

“A truly great church, but one humble suggestion. The pastor of this church is great, especially for the younger generation. He's in his younger 30's and in tune with the struggles the young crowd faces today. He is very caring and passionate about helping people in their walk with God. Many members are very welcoming and show great care and concern. They really make you feel at home. However, as someone who has been totally destroyed and defeated by the devil, and in search for a spiritual rebirth. I could not handle the intensity of the church. I am very weak right now, and if anyone else is in the shape I'm in now, I imagine it would be too much for them as well. I'm mainly speaking about the length of the church service. I went one time, as I was invited by very kind man who tried his best to help me, and I could not hold on to his hand because after two and a half hours of the service and it still going, I had to get up and leave. I noticed I also was the only man I'd say under 50 that had to sit down occasionally, and I felt personally guilty, like I appeared I wasn't as passionate about the Lord as them. Although nobody said or implied that to me, I just felt like I wasn't strong enough to be on their level. I felt like a beginner walking into an expert situation. With my damaged mind, my attention span is good for about 30 minutes, and with a healthy mind it's only about an hour, so I feel pretty confident with my opinion that things need condensing at this church. I feel like they can get the same message across and the same amount of worshiping, with more of impact in half the time. I feel like this intensity is possibly holding the church back from becoming something truly great, because passion, caring and love is there, and there is plenty of it. It just felt like there was way too much filler material in the service, and sometimes the point gets across better when it's just to the point. The singing felt a bit too long as well. I would say it went on for at least an hour if not more. As a musician of 20 years, I would love to help fine-tune their worship songs, because while they are very powerful, some of them become quite repetitive. This church is the real deal. There are real men and women of God here, and I would not doubt that pastor Leslie will go down as one of God's personal favorites of this generation in this area, however there just needs to be some condensing and fine-tuning here, that way it's more appealing and comfortable to the very lost like myself who are barely hanging in there. If you're already very passionate about the Lord and you get kind of like a high and more energy from singing for him and hearing His word, then the church is definitely for you, however their main message is they are trying to save souls, but what they need to realize is those souls are weak, and the church needs to find a balance between appealing to those who are strong in the Lord, and those who are seeking the Lord. I mean no disrespect to pastor Leslie and his wife or the congregation here. I have a large amount of respect for you guys, and if you're not too upset about this review, I will probably return one day when I'm stronger, but for now, while I still need an intense in your face message, I'm having to settle for a church who service is about an hour long, and that seems to be the sweet spot for me right now. God bless you all and I hope this gives you something to think about.”

When you walk through those sanctuary doors, you immediately feel like part of the family. It is an amazing place where everyone is friendly and nice! “Creekwood CC is an amazing place. Everyone is open and accepting. I love both services so most of the time we attend the contemporary and stay for education classes and then go to the traditional service and stay until the choir sings the anthem. That way we get the best of everything. Come and worship with us. Everyone is welcome 😊”
