They can be slow and get bogged down during busy hours and also close at noon on Fridays, which seems a little early to me; so bear those things in mind when you need to go talk to them. Other than that, working with them is a relatively painless experience as they do a good job of explaining what you need to do and being available when you need help. Just remember: if you help them, they'll help you.”

NEVER has anyone there ever treated me with anything except a willing and open desire to assist me in any way possible, including help me locate my missing dog and straightening out a problem with my voter registration which was caused by the Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector's office and was no fault of theirs. If you want to experience frustration caused by ineptitude and genuine rudeness try working your way through the maze of bureaucratic inertia at the City Hall in Houston.”
