“I really like this store. They get a lot of very nice, exclusive name brand ladies wear. The prices are a little higher than your average run-of-the-mill resale store, but then their merchandise is much higher in quality. I think what strikes me the most is that the store itself is clean ( no second-hand sweaty smell), the clothes are clean & pressed & well organized. The shoes are so clean they look new & some are & they are displayed beautifully according to size. The jewelry is in a glassed case & again, displayed beautifully. Everything is put together at its best to ensure the shopper will see everything at its finest. The employees are friendly & helpful. They take your selections, open a dressing room for you & write your name on the board a fixed to the dressing room door. Then they add to it as you gather up more. None of this 3 garment limit rule, which I found refreshing in a world that treats everybody like they're a thief. When you come out of the dressing room, an employee takes the things you don't want & puts them back on the rack themselves. All this is done with a smile. Oh, and they have free coffee available. If I didn't know I was in a resale shop, I would have thought I was in an exclusive ladies shop. Rerun Consignment Boutique made me feel like they wanted & appreciated my business. They made me feel special!”

“I was greeted upon entry, which was unexpected; however, that was the last I saw of any staff. The shelves are empty on a lot of aisles. Everything was fine until I went to the restroom.. horrible. They seem to be clear ing the bare minimum and it shows. Also, this is the first place since covid that their water fountains are still in service. Not sure if that's supposed to be a thing yet. Overall, store looked empty but the bathroom was disgusting.”
