The employees started helping us immediately and looked up if they had any in the store. I have personally worked with Juanita and with a little patience and conversation, nearly any problem can be resolved. I have dealt with Juanita and I found her to be a very intelligent, good business woman. Sometimes bad things happen in life through no fault of your own. I felt like this was her situation. Being in business myself, I find sometimes my suppliers don't follow through as they should. My rebuttal would be,,,, I've dealt with Juanita and staff and my impression is they are a very honorable, hard working, honest group”

“I had the best experience at check-out. The cashier was Lannie and she went above and beyond the duty. She was warm and welcoming and asked how my day was going. I asked her to check the price of two pieces of infant clothing because they were on the sales rack but wasn't sure if they were actually on sale. She checked and they weren't on sale but said that Target would honor the sale since I found the items on the sales rack. I was super impressed by that experience. She then went on to ask if the clothes were for my little boy, which I responded, yes, and he turns one month old tomorrow. She was excited for me and said they would be perfect. Her interactions were personable, friendly, and caring. It truly was the best experience I've received while checking out at any retail store. Finally, at check out, she mentioned that she thought there was a sale on baby items to which she found the sales paper and find that if you purchase $100 of baby items that you get a $20 gift card. After some calculating, she helped me figure out the amount to which I needed to purchased a few more boxes of formula that were already in my cart to get to that amount and receive the gift card. She went ahead and checked me out and held on to my bags, while I went to retrieve the additional formula, making sure to keep her line moving and customers happy. For a dad still trying to figure out the whole parenting situation it made for a warm exchange and helped us save money. I am grateful for Lannie's customer care.”

“Excellent consistent and friendly customer service from the cashier up to the Store Managers. After your 2nd visit, employees call you by name and in a genuine caring manner. Will even tip you off re sales & coupons you dont know about. Very patient & extra helpful with disabled and elderly customers. Pharmacist MERLIN is extraordinary. Always has time for questions, patient & prescription education and accommodating special requests. Pharmacy techs are efficient and personable. “I was nervous to go to this location based on the reviews, but I am extremely happy to say that I am beyond happy with Sonia, and her teams customer service skills!! I had an issue with my place rewards and a coupon I was attempting to use online. I went ahead and called in to see if they could offer any help with why I was having so much trouble. Sonia informed me it was a common error that could only be corrected in store. She then let me know that she would be more than happy to help personally if I decided to go in, which I did. I went in, and was out of the store within 15 minutes!! Beyond happy with the service, and the store itself was great. As for the customers shopping there, I was extremely dissatisfied. I completely understand it’s a children’s clothing store, but teaching your children to have manners and respect seems to have gone out the window. Will be returning, no matter the unruly children.”
