She was very rude and acted like she didn't have time to help us. She did not have any customers and gave my son a nasty look when he brought her a costume that he didn't want. “Kristina was very friendly and awesome. as was Justin, i think his name was. i have absolutely no idea why this place has so many negative reviews. i went into about 7 smoke/vape shops looking for what i needed to compare prices and service. this was the 2nd stop i made, and after my 7th stop, i found myself going back to Bizzare Bazaar. they were the most inviting staff of all the places on mason. alot of the time when you walk into a vape shop, and dont know much about the culture, the staff is very snobby. these guys answered all my questions and were very helpful and knowledgable. even if it meant spending a few extra dollars(which they were actually cheaper for what i needed) i didnt mind because the service made up for it. kristina was easy on the eyes and very nice. and justin was able to help me find exactly what i needed. i will definitely be back.
