“Found awesome deals and boots for my husband and myself. Fantastic service from the team of Carmen, Weslyn and Calista. I was sad to hear they are closing but the San Antonio stores will stay open. They make Vaccari boots which I had been familiar with a pair of Python boots so I knew their quality and lower prices from buying direct versus other brands of similar quality. We found so many great deals on Alligator head, alligator and caiman tail, shark and smooth stingray! They also had deals on Black Jack boots for about 1/4 of the prices from other stores. “This particular location is pretty awesome. Everybody is super friendly there and they actually remember everybody’s names which is really crazy. LOL! They also are very good at de-escalating customers who get angry. I’ve seen a few homeless patients and they were some kind of issue, and they were able to talk them down, and finally leave with a smile instead of being angry and leaving angry. Anna is amazing. She helps keep all your meds in check. She’s the main pharmacist and make sure for people like me that certain generics are given. I have a very sensitive system and I take more than 20 medication’s. They have a list of the ones I can and cannot take as far as generic drug goes there on top of it. The only thing with them I’ve experienced that’s negative and it’s happened a few times where I went to pick up medication and they forgot to give me one of them so I would have to go back the next day. But other than that these are great people.”

“If you like Cabi... WOW! Normally the clothes are sold through home shows where you try on samples, place your order and wait for delivery. This was like the best warehouse sale ever! I was there right before Christmas and they were having a super sale: all tops $17, all jackets $24, all pants $19. WHAT!!!! Yes, please! It's not current season stuff but Cabi items are stylish more than trendy so that didn't deter me. Size small was in short supply (plenty of XS and XL) but I still found 5 items for less than $120. Service was friendly; the wait for a dressing room was not long. Absent the sale I still likely would have bought something as the prices seemed to be about 50% off original price.”

This establishment has a gift for everyone on your shopping list, from apparel to jewelry to headwear, skulls of animals, glasses, etc. Too much to name. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired but I don't expect much nowadays from the customer service industry so, therefore, I'm not disappointed. For those saying they're not getting much for their items, though it's true they'll offer you a minimal amount (after personal experiences), you can't expect to be given almost a full refund for your WORN items 💀 The location has always had a couple things I've bought at VERY reasonable prices. I'm planning on going more often, even though it is an hour away. The management staff has been nothing but helpful, respectful and kind when I've gone.
