The folks at the New Braunfels/FM 337 location are always extremely helpful and warm, very kind. That's important and why I love this location. You may wish to check out their fresh produce section, and the variety of foodstuffs in the freezer section. Bacon, egg, sandwich meats, loads of other items like cheeses and oven-ready meals.”

“I had the most amazing experience at this store here. My doctor called in prescriptions for me and I stopped by to give them my insurance information but the staff had already looked it up and was working on my prescriptions already. Even though it was my first time at this store. They let me know that I could wait on them if I wanted to. Multiple prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They made sure I had knowledge about each medication. They even call me a few days later to make sure I was okay. Each and every one of the staff members at this store is so very professional and caring and pleasant.”

“God bless this man and business! Our car fell into the ditch right in front of the store. I’m not sure if he called someone or the right person with the right truck just so happened to come there but they helped us get our car out of the ditch. The pumps were empty but the big tank to refill came about 30-45 mins later. While we waited he gave us some free water and made conversation with my dad. Even while the store wasn’t doing great he was a friendly courteous person. Aight but getting to the business; the store is well organized and clean. The mens bathroom was closed so everyone used the womens bathroom. The womens bathroom toilet is a bit small and low but not much to do about that. They had a hot cocoa machine which was honestly prty good, it wasn’t hyper sweet like other stations make it. We also came at night so the big coffee machine was turned off. Also did I mention even after the store closed he allowed us to stay there and wait. And yes I am biased but I think my review stands. When we went there was only the owner there im not sure if that other manager is still there.”

“Multiple Morning Experiences! Have popped in from time to time in the morning many times. The register attender is very friendly and has always been respectful in attending me. I mostly arrive in the morning for breakfast. The respectful lady is also very attentive at all request with the help of the guy at the register. My overall experience has been excellent besides the up keep of the coffee dispensing area. Breakfast valeros, sandwiches, and all other items under the heat lamp are fresh from what I have experienced from my multiple times in the morning. Also taste very well. The location makes for issues from said locals that expect much from nothing, and my mornings have been uneventful from locals and a lot of city employees seek breakfast at this location on the daily basis as well.”

I’ve picked up a few prescriptions for my family and although the wait time may vary at times, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences (phone calls, prescriptions etc). People need to understand these pharmacists aren’t magicians and work as fast as they can. There are always variables with delayed prescriptions, information etc. Have some mercy on these guys. Whoever has complaints should work behind the counter for a day. I bet their views would change quickly.”
