My husband was there a few weeks ago and said there was a rude older lady who wasn't very helpful but I was shocked to hear it and when we went in together, same lady was super nice so she redeemed herself. Lol I've never had issues and the place is always friendly and clean and in case you're in need of an officer in our unincorporated Harris County, this is where lots hang out. ;)”
