“Had my daughters first dental appointment here at IKIDS and it was a really good experience! The staff and doctor were supper fast , kind , and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was when I checked in the front office the “older” skinny lady answered my questions in a rude and unprofessional manner 🤨😅 I wanted to tell her something but I’m not that kind of person. But overall I would’ve gave them 5 stars if it wasn’t for that lady at the front desk 😴”

“This is by far the best dental experience my child and myself has ever had. Dr Long was absolutely amazing in explaining the process to her and showing her what he'd be doing. The office staff was absolutely amazing as well. They were so kind, helpful, and made sure to keep me updated on how she was doing (she chose the gas so I couldn't be back there). “Dr. Mainker has not been only my husband and I our doctor but a friend, a family that we can consider and medical colleague that we can communicate with. We are retired from our medical profession. Though we were in the medical profession , Dr. Mainker and her staff still, explained to us of how relevant it is to take care our mouth ,our teeth, gum, jaw, tongue and our throat. She examined that thoroughly then inform us the treatment, prevention, give us suggestions and advices. Financially, she and her staff will sit down with us of how insurance, out of packet and medical credit loan can support us. Her young medical staff, they are like a family, a friend to us and we treat and respect them like our children, our friend. They are all highly recommendable.”

“If you're like me, going to the dentist is a most dreaded experience. Waiting, attitude and pain. I finally found a dentist that makes for a much more pleasant experience. Dr. Perry's practice is the best that I've experienced. They don't keep you waiting endlessly and are great about taking you at your scheduled time. The people in the office are super pleasant - front desk, assistants, and Dr Perry herself. The other huge difference is that Dr. Perry treats her patients with respect. I've been to other dentists where they treat you as guilty for not taking better care of your mouth...like being back in school. Or, they rattle off a bunch of procedures that you need to have done without any explanation. Dr. Perry will spend as much time with you and actually explain why each procedure is necessary and whats going on in your mouth. She's also not high pressure, and doesn't say that you need to do everything immediately or your teeth will all fall out.”

“Dr. Palmer works magic from a modest office in Hurst, Texas. I've gone to several fancier offices while a patient of Dr. Palmer over the years but always stay with him. The reason I stay with him is not his office or prices (which are very affordable as I pay cash) but because he is the best. He is the hole in the wall restaurant with the best food, best prices, best service, best ambience that doesn't advertise that only a few select people know about. I've gone over 10 years and have had zero cavities. Forget fancy offices or gimmicky billboards. Get your teeth cleaned and examined by a pro not some minimum wage staffer freshly minted from dental hygienist school. It is a rare thing to get more than you pay for. I guess I'm sharing my good thing but my praise is over due besides dentists scare me and now you have an experienced recommendation from a long time patient that this one is a keeper. Now if I cannot get an appointment I guess I'll have myself to blame but will have the satisfaction of knowing many will have excellent dental care and their healthy teeth all their lives. Seriously he is very good and I sincerely hope this review helps someone.”

“I recently got my braces put on by Dr. Hemphill and although I cannot physically see the difference the amount of support his staff and him give is amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming from the first time I stepped into the office. The layout is very neat and I can tell they take care of their patients by the refrigerator full of water and coffee. Oh, but when they found out I have a nickname they started to call me by that! What a lovely feeling! I am not used to such outstanding service. Thank you for the experience. The impression I left after getting my braces is that I am a part of a true family!”
