Since his office was not equipped to replace it, I immediately called Dr. Cheryl Smith's office and got an appointment. My scheduled time was at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Traffic was light, and I arrived shortly after 3 p.m. Within a few minutes after I arrived, I was taken back and prepped for the procedure. I used to travel from Slaughter to see Dr Snow up near Medical Parkway since I loved him, but when he retired I needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Chen since he's such a great dentist. I have had horrible experiences with a lot of dentist in Austin that recommend treatments that are unnecessary just to make a buck. Dr Chen is far from this. Highly recommend him!”

Even though my appointment was for cleaning, Dr. Johnson took time out of his busy schedule to visit with me briefly for introductions. He is going to be my new dentist (Dr. Haddock has relocated to another state) and I like him already. The office is very neat, they provide breakfast bars and have positive posts on the exam room computer monitor. My appointment started on time.”

“Dr. Schwed is amazing. He was referred to us by our pediatrician, Dr. Porter. My 2.5 year old had to have a tooth pulled after falling. We were incredibly nervous about the process. Dr.Schwed and his staff were warm, knowledgeable and patient - walking us through every step of the process and explaining thoroughly what needed to be done. My son didn’t cry and had zero issues start to finish. Dr. Schwed even sang songs to him while he worked helping put my son at ease. He was incredibly gentle and patient so much that my son didn’t even flinch during the numbing shots or when he was pulling the front tooth out. And the facilities were immaculate and new. Tvs, colors, and treats when you leave to help distract the little ones. Overall a great experience. Incredibly blessed to have found him!”

Their hygeniest is great, very thorough, lets you know what's going on while she was doing something, explained things that would help my situation, etc. Dr. Gonzales was very professional and welcoming as well. He did a filling for me and his aide was very social, making me feel comfortable while in the chair waiting for things to start.
