I have been going to the Plano location for a few years now, and every time I go in for an appointment they exceed my expectations. “My experience was the best I have had with any medical practitioner in 49 years. Dr. Daponte practices good old fashion medicine. My teenager had his wisdom teeth extracted, and she also performed a frenectomy. What amazed me about Dr. Daponte is that she called me at home five hours after surgery. She wanted to know how my son was doing. She wowed me even further when she said he wanted to see him one week post op, two weeks post op. and 3 weeks post op. I was absolutely stunned by her level of dedication and commitment. My son had no complications or cause for concern, but she insisted we come in.I went through the same process twice before with other children and the experience was very different. Once the surgeons performed the procedure, they had no further contact with us. In addition to her exceptional level of care, she has great bedside manners. You can tell she enjoys working with children. She treated my son like he was her only patient. I recommend Dr. Dapont without reservation. I would never use another surgeon if I needed a procedure that she could perform.”

I have never received such professional, courteous and expert level care from any dentist office, ever. This facility is amazing because of the staff and dentist. Everyone is so kind, outgoing and provide thoughtful expert level dentistry. They are very fast yet very thorough and excellent at providing detail communication so you’re aware of what’s going during the visit. They offer a variety of financing and payment options, some with no interest. While I do have dental insurance the amount due at the conclusion of my visit was lower than I’ve ever paid for similar treatments. The work they did was outstanding! “My experience was great! From the front desk staff, to the tech and dental hygienist, and doctor. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the office manager was very pleasant in assisting me with my finances and breaking things down for me. The tech was very nice and the dental hygienist was the SWEETEST! Esther really took her time and was very informative. Doctor Chahine was also very sweet and took her time with me, even when I had an anxiety attack she was very patient and checked on me throughout my visit. As much as this could have been a horrible experience, the staff made my visit so much smoother and did all they needed to do to make me very comfortable. Very happy with my experience and I definitely recommend this location!”
