Things have changed since I got here (Dallas) and went to an Amazing Smile office due to a recommendation. I have been given a consultation and told I need to do: 2 extractions, 2 crowns and 1 filling! Dr. Narita was kind and explained to me in detail all that needed to be done and showing it to me through x-ray every step of the way! There were other times in which I came close to closing time which is at 7 PM and they stayed open longer just for me. “Nobody likes getting teeth pulled at 35 when they should've gotten them pulled when they were 15...but I have to say that Dr. Stamboulieh and his team did a FANTASTIC job. My procedure was difficult to say the least and he handled it with the utmost professionalism and handled my case with care. I'm not an easy patient and he was very accommodating to all my requests...he even called to make sure I was doing good after the surgery. Even with a few "just checking because I'm not a face doctor" follow up appointments about concerns I had, he was always super nice and professional to walk me through the whole process. However, after having a bad experience at Mint Dentistry in Las Colinas, I came back to Dr. Ford Walker to have a second opinion. I haven't had a cavity in over 20+ years, and I was told I had five at Mint. Dr. Walker was able to look at my x-rays and teeth and confirmed I didn't have any cavities. My family and I have always had good experiences at this dental office, and his team makes sure that you are comfortable and all of your questions are answered before you leave. I will definitely be making the drive to Arlington when I need to visit the dentist. Rita also makes it so easy to schedule an appointment!
