“Let me first start off by saying for my baby, my 6 year old son to have to go through a dental surgery during the Pandemic was very scary. Nadia the front desk lady talked so calm, professional and answered a trillion questions I had and that's what initially built my trust to go further. The experience was great my 6 year old came out better than before. I have 3 children and none of them ever went under anesthesia until this last one. Dr. Martin's work was great my son has had no complaints. Pam was the nurse we saw before procedure and she was very nice too. It was a scary time for my Husband, son and myself but we got through it. Kayla was his recovery nurse, she was super informative and took great care of our son. She called a couple of days later to check on him. They all make a great team and I am blessed God directed us to them.”

Dr. Patel spent extensive chair time with me which I was impressed by and am thankful for. I’ve always been cleaned by the technician and the Dr. swoops in after for a quick check and says stay well. I’m a special case with bridge work needing to be done and Dr. Patel immediately coordinated with her staff in office to develop a plan of action. I’m appreciative of the the communication they all clearly share and to have info before leaving the office about my next steps. “After fracturing a tooth, Dr. Mathew came to my rescue. My new crown was beautifully done! It's obvious that Dr. Mathew is a perfectionist as the completed crown looked and felt natural. This was over a year ago and the tooth has never given me problems ever since. When I mentioned that my retainers no longer fit because of the new crown, she went above and beyond and had a new retainer molded for me. Dr. Mathew is so methodical and knowledgeable and explains everything to me in a way that's easy to understand. Her bedside manner is gentle and her sense of humor definitely eases my nerves! “I just wanted to thank everyone from the sales, management, office personnel, delivery person and the service department for everything they have done for my family. We were in the process of getting 10 acres with three beds two baths mobile home with it. We submitted the application and got approved for the loan in the beginning of December 2020. Knowing the situation that we were in they said they will help us and paid the full down payment for it. Time went by things went bad but we stayed calm and believe that soon we would eat in our table in our new home. Months flew by telling us next week we would close but every week was the same. In the middle of May we became homeless we used our last $70 just enough for one night in the motel. The next day we were back in the streets and had to use the money from our closing cost for a week in the motel. During that time we were in our lowest and afraid that we would have nowhere to live. Calling around in corpus for apartments there was none ready and available until the beginning of the month.We called the people who we were getting the mobile home with for a refund of our down payment when the sales person tried to convince us to stick with it and wait or not we will regret it in backing out from the deal knowing the situation we were in. Later on the general manager sent us an email that we Were really close to closing we just needed one and a half months left before we can close or they will give us half of our down payment. We called and cried to the general manager explaining everything what was going on And told him that we were supposed to close two - three months ago And waited patiently to close then he said that he will review our file and talk to corporate. The next day we got an email apologizing for everything that his department has done to us giving us a full refund.But thanks to the man above guiding us to Rockport Explore USA them knowing our situation they moved fast made it simple for us getting us on RV a temporarily place to call home and something we can keep forever.Thanks to everyone that works there not one employee lacking for everything you did for us. Thank you y’all are awesome!!!”
