I was greeted as soon as i walked in by her and the staff. Everyone seem to be having a great day. The dental assistant and was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. i would recommend Ideal Dental Garland to everyone. The dentist was so nice. Talking to him felt like i have been knowing him all my life. The staff all took it very serious that i understood the financials/benefits during my visit. I really liked that because i had an experience where when i was done being serviced by the dentist i was unaware of how much i was paying out of pocket. That's very important to me and thank Ideal Dental for that. The next day i got a call from the dentist checking up on me. I will be back to Ideal Dental Garland.”

“True professional. Dr Tovar. Gentle as advertised. And even more important their office actually knows how to properly bill insurance. So when you are told what you will pay beforehand the bill is exactly that or less when you come out. That is a must for me. They also seem to treat their employees well. Another plus is the employees are competent which means they probably hire certified or experienced techs and they PAY them Decent wages. Nothing ruins a good employee faster than being treated terrible as well as paying them less than bill miller. So Helotes Family Dental is doing things right. Great Job management , doctors, Techs, and front office!”
