“Dr. Conrad and his staff are incredibly professional and personable. My appointment time is always honored and a couple of times we have had small emergencies and his staff did everything they could to see us that day. They are all very friendly and the billing is always accurate. Dr. Conrad stays up to date on all the latest dentistry and has a state-of-the-art office full of equipment to ensure the best care. As a family, we have had regular cleanings, night guards, crowns, surface cavities, all the usual stuff and each instance was addressed quickly and with great care. We have not had to use Dr. Conrad's credentials as a prosthodontic specialist (thank goodness), but I do know that he is always teaching other dentists and even developed a video series on it to increase the reach of his training. It is good to know that your dentist loves to continue learning and sharing his knowledge. I highly recommend him and his staff. ”
