The staff(Ms. Linda and Ms. Christine) was very warm and friendly. Dr. Michael Lindsay was also warm, friendly and professional. After a careful evaluation and review of our mouths and x-rays, he was very clear and precise of procedures needing to be done moving forward. My kids handled their first visit dentist visit so well, they do an excellent job of involving the kids throughout their visit. My kids were instantly at ease with each of the staff members they encountered. They do a very thorough job of cleaning and exams they do not rush through the appointment and take time to answer questions. The office is so clean and beautiful, too. “My 13 year old son and I have been coming here for over 11 years because Dr. Collins (only here on Wednesdays) is the best at explaining his treatment in ways that we can understand and is gentle. The other staff is ok, they get pretty busy especially on school holidays. I always schedule any appointments first thing in the morning because thats usually the shortest wait and most pleasant experience for me. Get real, don’t schedule your appointments around lunch time and think you’re gonna be in and out, they have lunch times too! Parking can get tight, its a shared lot with the rest of the shopping center, but the location is great. ???????? Just outside the South Loop East. Last thing, they are very competitively priced, give them a try and you’ll enjoy your dentist visits.”
