The dentist Mr. Cory Bailey is such a gentle soul, I feel lucky to have found his practice. He just hired another dentist apprentice her name is Christina and I really like her a lot. She is knowledgeable, has a steady hand, and is so generous. I went in yesterday needing to have a sliver of tooth that was lodged in my bone, that decided to come up in my gums after having oral surgery 20 years prior. She gave me a shot of anesthesia and pulled the sliver all at no charge. I was blown away!! No dentist does that. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all at the Bailey Group for all that you do, you and your staff are a rare find.”

“My seven year old son has sensory issues and dentist’s appointments are hard in general. Dr. James and his team are very considerate and always try to make our visit comfortable. I went in with my son yesterday for the extraction of his two baby teeth which were creating problems for his new adult teeth. My son was not in a good frame of mind and refused to co-operate. Dr. James handled the situation nicely and explained to me the different options. Ms. Yuliana was in-charge of getting my son prepped up for the procedure. She was kind, calm and very patient with my son. Ms. Yuliana spent one hour and 15 minutes with my son. She was able to gain his trust wherein he allowed her to wiggle his teeth out successfully. I was amazed and very grateful. Kudos to Dr. James for running a practice wherein the comfort of a patient is a priority. I live in Katy and never hesitate to make the 40 minutes’ drive.”

“There are two dentists at West Houston dentistry, BOTH are excellent and equally awesome. The doctors and staff always remember me and ask me questions about my twins and family.... Which makes me feel like family in their office. They don't recommend work you don't need, in fact recommending care plans for me that would be far less profitable for them. In my opinion, he is nothing less than the best oral surgeon on the planet. I was told by all of the oral surgeons in Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, and Houston that my case was impossible. Dr. Bui knew exactly what to do, and the outcome was exactly as he predicted it would be. If you want to waste your money on oral surgeons with fancy offices, go for it. “Absolutely Happy! Called the office on a Saturday, one hour before closing for my daughter. The administrator, still, asked me to come and doctor did a quick check for her emergency. As she could only be here for Saturdays, they went ahead and booked her in for the next Saturday making special arrangements, and far out in two more weeks to finish the dental work. This last Saturday at closing time, since they were completely booked, still would see her. That is because she would be coming from College Station after her classes and could only be here ready for her Saturday appointment. I am very appreciative of their consideration for my daughter's education and their caring interest in her health. Finding a good caring doctor and clinic, as in this enormous Houston city, is rewarding and makes me feel happy to know that my daughter is receiving genuine quality care and that alone is worth the drive!
