Her facility is immaculately clean & still provides a relaxing, warm environment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and go out of there way to make comfort a priority. Dr. Sims and her staff educate you on what is going on with your mouth keep you in-the-loop as far as what type of dental care plan options are possible. One of the best things besides the expertise, customer service & professionalism, is how open they are about the cost of the treatment plans. “We have used this dentist for the past 5 years and we have NEVER had a problem. They were able to see us immediately when my son chipped his front tooth at school and they were able to fix it. We love the option to watch a movie to help the kids and adults relax. The staff has always been very nice and helpful when needed. The ladies at the front desk & the two ladies in the back we’re sweet & knowledgeable! Dr. Sanchez was simply AMAZING! She was straight to the point when discussing anything with us concerning our child. This was his 1st dental visit (He’s 1!) She smiled,sang and played with him! No sitting in the waiting room for hours here, if your appointment is at 2:00 you're called back and in the chair by 2:05-2:10.
