“I took my 10 year old granddaughter to have new braces put on her bottom teeth. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jovan (she always makes a point to visit) and then she handed my girl off to Megan. As I sat a few feet away, I watched this marvelous Dental tech prepare my girl’s teeth and her psyche for the procedure. Megan has a true gift from God that enables her not only to do the dental work beautifully, but to also establish a real relationship with her patients. She was fun and jovial, and entered into my girl’s life in a way that was rare. My granddaughter later told me that the procedure was no big deal! Assistants and hygienists are friendly and explain the procedures in "layman's terms" so you know exactly what is being done and what the results mean. I am not typically a fan of doctors as many come across very curt and uncaring. Dr. Moon, however, is amazing. He is caring, gentle, and funny. He listened to all my concerns, explained what procedures are a priority, why they are a priority and set me up with a plan that would not break my wallet. “I was referred to Dr. Hsu via my dentist and I couldn’t be more pleased! It was determined that I needed a both a gum and bone graft on two front teeth after several months of unexplained, persistent irritation. Dr. Hsu gave a thorough exam and provided me with all relevant options. Three weeks ago I had my surgery under oral sedation and I can honestly say this was one of the most dental experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was amazing, the surgery was quick and painless. Even after surgery, there was minimal discomfort. Dr. Hsu personally called me the day after my surgery and her office even sent a thank you/check in card to me in the mail a few days after. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and I’m glad that I’ll be under her care going forward!”
