“As a long time patient of Dr. Sykes, I was again at his office today for my regular teeth cleaning, which is the best way over time to maintain teeth and gum health. Although his office has always been well maintained, because of the vivid-19 corona virus there has been an even higher up-grade. For example, the medical protective attire worn by the staff is like that worn in a hospital surgical suite. Right now is a smart time for anyone with hurting teeth (which usually involves infection) etc., to seek care. as treatment could also help protect one’s over all health in a perilous time. I was really worried going in, very embarrassed and nervous what would happen and how much it would cost. But the whole staff here is wonderful, they made me feel at ease and Dr. Le is so nice and explains everything in detail so you know what's going on, and he's very gentle and compassionate. My out of pocket was lower than I thought it would be and they even made sure to schedule me before the end of the year so I wouldn't have to pay my deductible twice. I just finished my final deep clean yesterday, and there's no pain, my gums already look so much better and no more bleeding! And I'm not afraid to smile anymore! “I had previously gone to another dental practice where my son needed sealants, a filling and a couple of baby teeth pulled. The previous office had terrible time/appointment management and was unable to complete his treatment plan after his routine cleaning. After being in office for 2 hours, mostly waiting, I would say I was over it. I was not willing to stay for an unknown amount of time and hang out until someone could finish the job. I was referred to Dr. Wisely's office recently where I called and was able to get a last minute appointment that I needed for my son. I was immediately greeted by Angela at the front desk with all warm smiles. Alex began working on the sealants and was kind and patient with my 12yo. He wasted no time and got the job done. Dr. Wisely came in right after to work on the filling and kept this appointment rocking and rolling getting right into pulling the last of some stubborn baby teeth. Dr. Wisely was also kind and got it done without scaring my kiddo. There is nothing more important to have a dentist (and staff) that can help keep the experience trauma free for patients. The staff is so kind and were not pushy with me or my kiddo. Insurance was handled before I walked in the door, I knew what we needed to do from the previous appointment and everyone was able to jump in and get it done without any hassle. LaCett came in to check on my son and gave him a friendly reminder to brush his teeth if he planned to keep them all. I will be scheduling my own whitening appointment soon and we already have our next routine appointments scheduled for both of us. Looks like we will be patients for life at Jollyville! Love!”
