“Got my root canal here after being referred from Rodeo dental. I got to watch Netflix while receiving my treatment, everyone is very nice, and they made sure I had no pain. I was so nervous when I first went in because you hear so much negative stuff about root canals but it was not so bad at all. They did a great job and my tooth doesn’t hurt now like it did before I went in. They also call the day after the appointment to make sure I’m feeling well and I really appreciate it. Great place to get a root canal and you shouldn’t feel nervous at all because they take good care of you.”

She made sure we were informed of the details of the procedure and after care and even after the procedure let us know we could reach out directly to her if we had any questions or concerns. She has been doing lip and tongue tie revisions for many years and I completely trusted her to take care of my daughter and she did a phenomenal job. Her recovery wasn’t as bad as some moms I hear talk about in the days after and I really owe it to her work and the water laser that she uses. “Dr.Berlocher was not racist at all and sold the practice 2011 so if anything posted after is not him. He was well known for telling his staff NC (meaning no charge)for procedures not knowing what insurance or MEDICAID patient had. He was a wonderful boss and dentist one of the very few that didn’t force treatment and use papoose board. He never over sedated patients and if a kid could only handle one filling at a time then he did it. He was over booked and had patients waiting months to see him because the parents knew he was worth the wait. Never will find anyone like him again. Amazing gentle giant!”

The new owner of our practice was not right for me, so Tatiana, a former hygienist I'd worked with recommended Dr. Le. He is very personable, as well as his staff and from what I've heard about him as an employer, I'm quite impressed! I've been going there for almost 2 years now and haven't experienced any of the things I read in a few reviews. Since I'm familiar with how a dental practice works and some procedures, I don't give these complaints much weight. I'd say it's worth finding out for yourself in this situation. After all, people do make mistakes when working with computers and for rudeness, I've never seen anything that even hints at that. As for my family and I, we will be patients for a long time! They call you with cancelations to get you in at a more convenient time, when available! We have happy teeth now!”
