“I went 20 years without dental care because of negative experiences I have had in the past with other Dentist, but my wife knew that my teeth always bothered me about the way they looked and the stress of how it could be affecting my over all health and she finally convinced me to see Dr. Miller and his staff, and I couldn't be happier that I did. Dr. Miller is great, not only as a dentist, but also in his ability to keeps things less intense than I want to imagine they are. I had a lot of work done with Dr. Miller and his staff to get my teeth back into a state where I am happy about my smile. And they worked with me to get through the tough procedures quickly and as stress free as possible. I also got Invisalign through Dr. Miller, and although it took a while, I am so glad I decided to go through with it. Also knowing how much oral health can affect things like heart health means I have a little less stress now that I have things back under control. It's a strange thing to not fear going to the dentist anymore, but Dr. Miller and his team have given that to me and I couldn't recommend them more.”

“My husband went to Dr Smith a few years ago, then his work insurance changed and we were not in network. Recently my husband had a dental emergency and Dr Smith office got him in. Staff and all were great. Helped to see what needed done and refured us to a specialist for the teeth extractions. Husband's company is changing hands and looking like he can go back to Cross Roads Dentistry. My husband's glad as he does not like dentists”

“This office is fantastic and Dr Kirk and the dental associates, techs, hygienists are all 5 Star!!! Very thorough in explaining everything that's happening on the visit, and they are transparent about costs, out of pocket, insurance, etc. Nearly everyone is friendly, with sincere greetings, smiles and so on. this is all important to me because going to the dentist can be unsettling, and so the warmth of the staff helps me immensely. I dropped a star because the reception when entering the front door didn't feel as welcoming, barely a mutter, no eye contact very sterile unfortunately.”

“I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. “My husband and I along with our three daughters all have used Dr. Tao for several years and have always had a positive experience. We have each had our teeth cleaned the recommended twice annually. As well, we have had other work done as required including fillings and root canals. Dr. Tao made the root canal I personally experienced much better than the bad stories I had always heard about root canals. After my root canal she gave me an emergency number to contact her in case I had difficulties. One of the things I really like is that Dr. Tao personally cleans my teeth rather than having a hygienist do that work. She does it very quickly and I am typically in the chair just over 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tao for dental care. .”

They don’t make you sit in the waiting room forever like all other dentist offices do. They clearly lay out what you need and what your options are. They are quick and efficient and never make you worried that they rushed. They also make great recommendations on when to get work done to get the most of out of your insurance benefits. They address the problems you have and any questions and they never hide things to get you to come back. They were the first dentists to tell me about my teeth grinding issue and suggest solutions, while other dentists hid it from me so I would come back for more work. They work so hard to make sure you get the most excellent care. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!”

She even took the time to talk to each of them separately about how to brush & floss properly and why it was so important.
