“Cannot say enough good things about this practice! Dr. Mavalli is incredibly personal, down to earth and great with the kids. Makes small talk with the kiddos to make them comfortable. Gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions, address concerns… his assistant was equally charming with the kids and very personable. their office is incredibly clean (Brand-new!), conveniently located in Heath near Tom Thumb. “Very impressed with Dr Alvis and his staff. My experience with them started out today with a cleaning by Sadie. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me and followed up with education on brushing techniques to help me target areas that need special attention. From there I then saw Dr Alvis. Dr Alvis made me feel comfortable while he examined my teeth. He was very thorough, explained his findings and my X-rays. I have not been to a dentist in 2 years plus I had a broken tooth. Dr Alvis preformed a root canal with a crown and 1 filling. I never felt any pain! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Dr Alvis and his staff provide top of the line dental care. Very professional and caring. Also thank you Vanessa for making sure I was comfortable, the neck pillow was awesome!”
