“I have seen Dr. Cayli Balch for about 6 years now and I love her and her office staff. For the past 3 years now I drive over 3 hours to come to my doctors appointments because I love this office we have a great relationship She listens to me and my concerns When I have had 3 different surgeries over the years she worked with me about my pain medication I've never had an issue getting my medication the only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking lot is full and u have to park somewhere else or wait for someone to leave I've never really had along wait to see the doctor normally I'm seen within 10-15 mins of arriving the longest I have had to wait was 30-45 mins and that's only happened once in a blue moon The front office women are wonderful super friendly and always try to get u checked in and out fast The only thing I hate is now starting a couple months ago they have a call center now where you can't get ahold of anyone in office and they don't speak English very well and normally you have to wait 24 hours to get a call back or answers to your questions/ problems if u have any That's the 1 and biggest problem I've had and don't like and that's only been recently”

I had a pretty major neck wound in which I was going to need some home health care. The home health care thing never really got off the ground, so I was sent to Wise Healing Center. What a magnificent decision that was. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me. The check in process is seamless. Then you wait in a very comfortable waiting area but not for very long. They get you in quick. The nurses are great! They took very good care of me. Thank You Alison, La Reina and Big AL. You ladies are the best! And then there's Doctor Crabb. I couldn't ask for a nicer, more informative doctor. He explains everything in detail and really puts you at ease. I'm not big on going to the doctor. But I can tell you that I was at ease every time I went to Wise Healing Center. A great experience and I'm healed! I can't thank the staff enough. And there were others there too. Sheila, Toni, John...I hope I have the names right. So if you need any kind of wound care. This is the place to go. Really, it is. I'm so grateful. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to miss seeing them regularly too. They are such great people and do a fantastic job. They'll take care of you and get you well. “I went through a bout of ptsd with a dentist and orthodontist that looked like this after I got older, too many colors, games, and the dentist himself was a little bit creepy, so just watch out and make sure that everything is completely numbed whenever any work is done. Won't get into detail but I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. Also nitric laughing gas. Too many times can't be good for anyone's health. Hope it helps”
