“Dr. Lee has always been very helpful and accommodating to my family’s schedule and needs. There have been appointments that we teleconference to not have to force my sick child out of bed and still receive the care she requires. My schedule is forever changing and he always finds a way to make time for me. The office is calm and welcoming. He listens and asks important questions for our own safety and care. My family was referred to Dr. Lee after moving to Texas from Arizona and I am forever thankful that we were pointed in the right direction. I am able to communicate through text and I always receive a prompt response. He is yet to meet 1 very important member of my family because my son is on the spectrum and does not like change, new environments, or new people for that matter but today I decided to bring my son because I felt the calm, patience, and care would benefit my son greatly and I wasn’t concerned. For parents with autistic children, I know will understand how important it is for our child to feel comfortable with their doctor and I wholeheartedly believe that Dr. Lee is that person. “The little chairs for kids in the waiting room are so sweet, my boy instantly liked being in the "doctor's office"! Dr. Bari and the staff are really sweet. They engaged my shy son right away by asking if he wants to "come play with their toys?" Dr. Bari was very thorough with all her audiology exams, and even re-did some exams to double check the results. Upon leaving, my son asked if he "can go to this doctor every, every day?". He did not want to leave. Great job everyone! And thank you for the detailed explanation of results that you shared with me. You are all great!”

“Best Doctor Ever!!! I definitely recommend him he made me feel very secure of my high risk pregnancy. I love him & the nurses they are the best!!! He will definitely be delivering all of my babies. The best part of Dr.Rajala is that he will let me see my daughter more thank normal in the ultrasound. I have a lot of ultrasound pictures a book full of them thanks to Dr.Rajala. He also made me feel secure I felt comfortable all the time. I would go to the EM room a lot & every time I went. I will follow up with Dr.Rajala & he always made sure my daughter was healthy. He is also a very patient person I had an emergency c-section & the nurses & Dr.Rajala calmed me down. It was the scariest moment I’ve ever experienced. He talked to me & told me everything was going to be okay, will my bf was getting dressed to come into the delivery room. I was having trouble breathing & I was feeling dizzy etc. Dr.Rajala was the one who called me down I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala best Doctor Ever!!! I also had a lot of questions as a first time Mommy & he made sure to answer every one of them as well as his nurse. I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala he will make sure your babies are safe I promise”

I've always been frustrated with Carter Eye center, having to wait HOURS for every checkup, but I always assumed this was the norm. I don't know why I didn't see Dr. Hsiao earlier... 1. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen by him. 2. Dr. Hsiao was super patient answering my silly questions. 3. I never felt rushed during my time with him. Thank you for the wonderful experience!”

The staff is so friendly and on top of my every need. Every single time. They never make me feel like a bother to them. There are still really good offices that care about your needs, but they are hard to find, and im blessed to have found Evergreen. Even though they don't take my insurance, it is worth paying out of pocket. Ive tried finding other offices who take my insurance, but stll come back here because i still have found nothing that compares to the care i receive here!
