Starting with the phone call to make my appointment ( for the same day), I was routed to a different location because the clinic by me wasn't open yet. This didn't matter to the lady that was very pleasant and took the time to make me an appointment at the other location instead of just saying call back in 30 minutes. Once I arrived at the location everyone was very pleasant and took the time to listen to me and give sincere suggestions and advice on my medical issues. AT NO TIME did I ever feel like I was being rushed, they took the time to make sure everything was good and all of my questions were answered. I have been to their facilities 3 times now, urgent care 2 times and now the primary care, and every time has been a good experience. All of this is made even better by the fact they work with you on scheduling and have late hours and weekend appointments at the primary care office. No one does this and as a person that works a lot of hours this makes a huge difference to me. If you are looking for a new primary care provider please check them out, you won't be disappointed.”
