“I was coming back to update & increase my previous star ratings but my first one was gone. I always had the best experience with TMPC, but my last 2 visit weren’t like previous. There was a staff change spring/summer. In short, I came in for the rapid test on a Friday per my company’s policy but didn’t receive my results for several days because they forgot to load them, so I was very disappointed. However, I met with a member of the management team by happenstance the following visit when I came in to get my receipts correct, and they were very apologetic & helpful. So much so, that to my surprise, when I went to file the expense on my company’s card, the charge was completely removed!!!!
