She was patient with us and answered all of our questions (even some of our irrelevant questions) without rushing us or making us feel rushed. We appreciate that and her immensely. In order for my mother to succeed, collaborating with other physicians were necessary. Dr Jones and other collaborating physicians did a great job with that too. They were very well aware and uptodate with everything that was going on, including results of labs and imaging procedures. During surgery day, mom was scared, but she put my mom at ease with her words and "her kind face" (per my mom :)). We trusted her 110% with my mom. Dr Jones did not disappoint, we knew mom was in capable hands. It isn't just my mom she had to take care of, she included us (the big family) and eased all our worries.
