“Where to start? The communication with the main office, [online, app etc] through Austin was not as graceful as it could have been. It was nice to have the app ability... however the GAP lied in not receiving the paperwork ahead of time, what to expect etc. When I arrived these people were phenomenal!!! I think her name was Brianna [front desk] did an awesome job checking me in and answering my questions. Sam was wonderful. Explaining EVERYTHING in detail. Gave me a great experience from BEginning to end. Donna was amazing. She really took her time and really listened to my questions and needs. Gave me a clear indication of what process would BE best for me. Thank goodness I came. They really turned my expectations and experience around... from the texting correspondence. Just to BE clear, that wasn't horrible, but that communication could have been better. I'm so grateful I met this team of strong people who are truly dedicated to helping people with their allergies 💙 I recommend this location 💯 %”
