I found them online and everything I researched online including the photos gallery they were all of it meeting our expectations. Clean, professional, organized, friendly, especially kid friendly (play area was perfect for a dental office and equipment for their visit too), welcoming, and most importantly informative for my children’s dental needs. I went in for a second opinion for two of my children and Dr Elias took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything needed along with listening and hearing my concerns and making me feel so comfortable moving forward with their treatments. We have various ages 4,9, and 11. All my kids look forward to their next visit. We will definitely be making a change with Dr Elias as their provider. I live a ways out but so WORTH the drive and HAPPY to have found the right dentist for my all my kids.”

“Dr. Ugarte "Saved my life"!! I am very grateful to him. No other doctor was able to find out what was wrong with me. Once I went to see Doctor Ugarte he quickly found out what was wrong with me to the point that my master gland of all glands was not functioning sending my blood cells out of wack and my body was slowly shutting down and I was told by him that 2 things would have happenned to me 1. Just suddenly collapse and slip into a coma or 2. Be asleep and just randomly not wake up because I slipped into a coma in my sleep. That's how bad I was!!! I knew I was bad I kept telling my husband, mother, and sister that I felt like a zombie half asleep and half awake. Just couldn't get up to do much and that was horrible because I had a 1 year old at the time. Couldn't get the energy to play with my baby girl and that broke me to tears. I remember just looking at my daughter and crying. I couldn't walk it hurt me to walk my feet felt like needles poking all around my feet. The pressure I felt to just take two steps. I kept telling my family how is it that these doctors can't find whats wrong with me. I kept telling my mother that I felt like the light in me was giving out slowly. Lord and behold it really was slowly giving up on me cuz my life was slowly not functioning. The scariest thing I ever went through. Thank god for Dr. Ugarte! A miracle doctor he is and gift from god. I dont know where I would be right now if it wasn't for Dr. Ugarte. I probably would of been in a coma or have died. Never would of had an opportunity to see my daughter grow up and be with my family. This still brings me to tears to talk about it. Now I am walking normal with no pain what so ever jumping, laughing, cleaning, cooking, butkost of all spending all my time with my daughter playing, hugging, holding, and experience all the great things on having a 2 yr 6 month old toddler and just trying to be the best mom I could be along with my loving husband and my loving family members. Thank you Doctor Ugarte for giving back my life!! I'm so grateful to you that there are no words that can explain how thankful I am to you. You are a gift from god, caring and super smart!! Thank you for giving me the life I almost could have lost!! Also as for Carmen my daughters beautiful doctor. Which is Doctor Ugarte wife. Thank you for being so kind to my daughter and I. Just going out of your way to make her feel comfortable and get her better emmediatly! You always make sure to find out whats wrong with her. Thank you so much!! I really recommend Dr. Ugarte and Carmen!! There's only 5 stars to rate Dr. Ugarte and his wife. But I would give him all the stars I could if there were more!!!!!☺👍”
