She's one of the best medical providers I have ever had in terms of knowledge, explaining things and being proactive about dealing with issues. Everyone else in the office is nice and helpful, as well. They're friendly and will chat and joke with you like a real human, which is nice when you are going to a place frequently for shots. And they've also done a nice job dealing with my insurance, which deserves a star in and of itself. Tip: There is a little kids area in the waiting room, which is nice for us mamas who have to take the munchkins with us while we get shots!”
