My husband and I were faced with making one of the hardest decisions of our lives, which was to place his parents in a facility where 24 hour care is provided. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to provide the necessary care for them. Gina has walked us through all of the ups and downs in this difficult transition and has remained at our side every step of the way. She has totally changed our lives and that of my in-laws as well. Although they struggled with the move at first, my in-laws are now happier than ever in their new home. They love their new friends and family. Gina has gone above and beyond to assure that they are comfortable and happy. She continually keeps us updated and sends pictures and videos of their progress and day to day activities. “I've never been in and out of an urgent care center so quick in my life. Normally they take 2 hours minimum of my life. I was there on time. I waited for a minute to be brought to the room. The nurse took down vitals. A minute later the doctor came in and was very quick to diagnose my 5 month old daughter. I maybe stayed 10 minutes after checking in at the front desk. Everyone seemed nice.”

Nurse Inez Loved explaining everything to my daughter whom initially was scared and nervous. Then Dr. Silva was Super generous and down to earth in which he participated in a hide and seek match with my daughter so she would be more comfortable. “I had my surgery done here yesterday and my experience was amazing. The outside is sketchy but the inside is amazing so don't let that stop you from getting surgery here. The RN Chris, the anesthesiologist, the staff as well as the doctor for all being amazing! From the time that I stepped in from the door the paperwork was handled and I went straight to the back and was taking care of with compassion, kindness, and ease. Another plus is that they can do blood work on site, mammograms are a couple door down the hall, and the office is attached to a major hospital- convenience is all here!
