“Both Dr Gokaraju and Dr Patel-Banker were great. My sincere thanks to Dr. Gokaraju who was very kind and gentle to my 88 years old Dad who was in pain and we could not figure out what was wrong with him. Last year before Christmas my Father experienced lots of pain in his foot, his foot turns purple. the suggestion is to see rheumatologist - which I have no idea what that is. Since it was close to the holiday and not many would take new patient right away - Dr. Gokaraju was the only one that I was able to have the appointment immediately. I was impressed with her gentleness and expertise and after the examination - she indicated that the symptoms perhaps are more serious since she can't find anything that is related to rheumatologist. It was Dr. Gokaraju that insisted that I took my Father to ER immediately- and if it was not for her and Dr. Patel-Banker pushing me to take my Dad to the ER - my Father would not be here today a year later. Eventhough it was not related to rheumatology related - Dr Gokaraju follow-up with a phone call to check to see how is my Father doing. The entire staff and both Dr. Gokaraju and Dr. Patel-Banker were very attentive, caring, and their expertise reflected upon their guidance to their patients.”

Dr. Tsay is warm, knowledgeable, and communicates very well. I have great confidence in his treatments and recommendations. “I wanted to share a good experience as I feel like I am seeing too many negative experiences in the reviews. Mental Health is not a one appointment, one standard medication type of treatment. I have been seeing NP French for medication management for at least 6 months now. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledgeable during each visit. When you go for a medication management session, the provider is not there for you to talk about your recent daily goings-about. The medication management provider is there to evaluate the effectiveness of your prescribed medication on an objective basis using questionnaires and talking about how you feel the medication is working for you. Since starting with NP French, I have noticed a massive improvement in my mood, attitude, and ability to focus. She’s been really wonderful and is focused on patient safety first, as she should be. I’ve also never had any struggles with the office staff or billing department. Everyone has been beyond friendly and helpful. If you are looking to do talk therapy, consider requesting a talk-therapy session with their counselors, but if you are looking specifically for medication management, like me, NP French does a wonderful job in searching for the right medication for you. If that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend NP French and her staff.”
