“Today was my second visit with Dr. McGilvray and staff. I LOVE this place! I went in on my first visit 3 weeks ago with a laundry list of problems and we're knockin em out not one by one, but on the doubles! The staff is SUPER competent, sweet and caring. The visits always start on time however be prepared to stay for at least 30 minutes because Dr. McGilvray will sit and talk to you. It's never been a "rush rush" during a visit. Everything is explained IN DETAIL. The receptionists are welcoming and smile whether they're talking to you in person or on a call. I even had lab work done and had to dub the phlebotomist "A True Badda$$" for being able to draw blood the second time around. It usually takes at least 6 tries honestly. I believe I have truly found a home here. Keep up the awesome work you guys! It really shows y'all are in a career you truly love!”

“This was a stressful time for our granddaughter, and everyone put her and us at ease from the first visit through the surgery (Mesquite TX). The front desk staff, assistants and the Dr were so calm and reassuring. They explained to us everything at our initial visit and then again after the surgery. On the day of her surgery to have her wisdom teeth removed everyone was so kind, calm and reassuring from the minute we walked in the door till we left. Bianca was a bit goofy on the way home and kept saying she just loved them they were so nice, kind and gentle and we must give them a 5-star rating, I agree with her they deserve a 5+++. I was already impressed with them, then that evening I was contacted by Dr Zaidi (via text) to check up on her and see how she was doing and to tell me if I had any questions or concerns to contact him, which really impressed me because it was after 8pm, now that is dedication I have not seen in many years. I would recommend this office to everyone. I want to thank everyone for easing her mind and making this a non-traumatic experience. Thank you so much and God Bless all of you. I’ve had my fair share of different dentist offices as a patient and working for one.. and I know how hard it is to schedule a family of 4 and on the same day. I called and we were on the schedule for the following week and all at the same time, same day. (Another reason why I chose to come here) The dentist was really nice, made sure we understood what was being done. He had patients waiting while in the exam room with us. But it didn’t feel rushed, and just trying to move on to the next patient. he definitely made the whole process so smooth. The front staff was also great, they took care of all our insurance stuff before our appointment. (Previous office we always had that issue) Definitely recommend.”
