“Because of my status as a diabetic I have been under Dr. Head's care for several years and yet every year immediately prior to my appointment his office sends a request for a complete medical history not an update but a complete comprehensive history of my health and all the various issues as if they had never seen it ( perhaps as recently as last year ). All 20 of my other medical providers seem to manage keeping up with my medical information through an up to date system that at worst case scenario may only need an occasional update of pharmaceutical products used but never a request for entire medical history. Now all of the personal were extremely helpful and courteous and if we could just some way for the office to update a system into the modern era everything would be outstanding.”
