“Wow!!! This practice is spectacular. Beginning with Chelsea who answered the phone and made the appointment to the very Joyful staff at Argyle and Flower Mound. I was in so much pain and needed help. I could not find any podiatrist available for appointments in my area and would have had to wait five days. I called Academy and they put my mind at ease. She said, "don't worry we will take care of you". I literally was about to cry because I was so happy. I arrived to the Argyle office greeted with joy and happiness. The doctor told me what we needed to do with confidence and the desire to stop my pain. Unfortunately, the x-ray machine was not working. They called the Flower Mound Location, at the end of the day on a Thursday, and they did not hesitate inviting me to their office. (I would have driven anywhere to get the help needed). Well, the staff at the Flower Mound office did not disappoint. They were welcoming and kind. It was clear they know their patients. Each time a patient entered the office the greeting was full of hospitality and kindness. (This was at the end of the day!) The doctor and MA were assuring that there was a plan that would help me. They spent time with me letting me know I was in good hands. It was quite clear everyone loves their job!!! Thank you all for your care of your patients! You truly know the meaning of customer service!!!”

They gave us our drinks at the window and had us pull ahead to wait. They asked us beforehand about any sauces, and we informed them which ones we wanted. After waiting a few short minutes, we received our food, naturally we check out bag for sauces and did not see them. Before I had any time to react, the same young man from the drive thru is at the window with our sauces. He made a separate trip just to bring us our sauces. The fact that he had remembered AND cared enough about the customer’s happiness to take a trip back inside in the rain to bring our sauces blows me away. What a wonderful employee. Hopefully he receives the recognition and opportunities he deserves.”
