“Come to your appointment with questions because he will not give you the necessary information unless you ask. He was in my room for a full 2.5 minutes today, which is quite a lot for him. He truly needs to relearn his people skills. We want to know what is going on with our bodies and he briefly if at all explains what is going on then quickly leaves the room. I have an appointment in one month but did not know why or what it is about. His very nice nurses and other staff had to explain the reason as to why I am returning to see him. It seems that he only cares about you when you are in for surgery and when you return for surgery. Dr. Cantrell please give us just another minute or two of your time and try to explain in layman’s terms what is going on. Looking at pictures of an MRI does absolutely nothing for me. I am not an orthopedist and therefore can not analyze these images. I hope he and you all will take this information to heart. From information I was given the surgery was “perfect.” I guess I will find out. Thank you”

“This is long overdue. I'm sorry. I got my glasses back in January of this year. I'm still not completely happy with both pairs of my glasses, but I am happy with the service I received from Jenny and Felicia. One pair of glasses still doesn't fit quite right, and I will come in to get them adjusted when I have time. When I first got my glasses, they weren't sitting on my face well because I have no nose bridge due to my Asian genes. I thought I had to exchange both glasses for different pairs. I spoke to Jenny when I was about to exchange my glasses, and she saved me from having to change my glasses! Jenny adjusted the nose piece on both pairs, and now all of a sudden they weren't touching my cheeks and constantly fogging up. The problem was fixed! If you have any issues with your glasses, please see Jenny. She is the best! My other glasses were adjusted by Felicia, and she was also very helpful and kind. Thank you ladies for all of your help :)”

These lady’s are amazing, caring, helpful… etc I have just started here with my 3 kids, and my twins have autism, and they find it scary and overwhelming going into a new place with new people, but these medical assistants/Brittany took control and helped them as much as they could so they felt more in control and safe, The other facilities we attended, do not come close to the care we received here. The front desk was attentive and nice, even through there was a bit of a wait they still acknowledge us walking in, and let us know what was going on, instead of dismissing us which was highly respectable! My daughters and son will forever go here as long as the same lady’s work here! We’ve had trouble getting the twins everything they need to help us all deal with this diagnosis. The PA is amazing, asked all the right questions, and went above and beyond for my kids. She actually treated my kids like kids and not just people in here exam room she needed to get outta there. She took her time and understood that kids will be kids. She was in no hurry! She was AMAZING! The only place I’ve been that DOESN’T treat me like I “need to get a hold of my kids and keep them in line” they don’t understand and get overwhelmed easy, the medical assistants and Brittany, assuming she’s the boss she was so amazing with my kids, sat there and kept 2 of my kids busy while we were getting the other 1s vitals. This place is amazing! If you want a place where your kids will be taken care of this is the place you want to go!! The office is beautiful as well!”
