Heather maintained the same friendly and personable attitude she had when I spoke to her on the phone. Can I get a whoo whoo!!! Barbie is one of a kind. My interaction with Barbie started with me feeling as if I was more than a patient. Despite a long working day she had that day, she remained professional, courteous. Now is that cool or is that cool? And then we have Dr. Haskell. Going to the doctor is never fun and tensions are high because you never know what is going to happen. From the moment Dr. Haskell walked into the room, he not only eliminated the tension that was in the air, but he assured me I was in good hands with his friendly approach. Even as Dr. Haskell started to look and diagnose my foot, he did everything in a calm manner that eased my mind. Dr. Haskell was great. I cant wait for my upcoming appointment.
