“We met Dr Valmores when we were in recovery after labor. He came around and checked on the newborns. We hadn’t had a Pediatrician yet because we just got Medicaid and the one we picked does not accept. He was very thorough, professional and kind. Very soft spoken as well. He offered his assistance. And we accepted right away. We had a follow up for the next day after we were released from the hospital and we had notice jaundice was getting pretty obvious and our son was not peeing or pooping. Dr valmores did some tests and sent us to the ER. Our son had a couple of things wrong due to his bilirubin count being so high and they held us for 2 nights. When we were being released from the hospital he came by and checked on Liam 😢😊 Even let us make our appointment there in the hospital. He is such a genuinely nice and caring person. We are very impressed. We are very happy with our choice. Highly recommend. 10/10”

“I don't like doctors, hospitals, or urgent cares but needed x-rays to confirm a situation I was dealing with wasn't worse than I thought. My experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Southlake could NOT have been any better. The young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) at check in worked efficiently, was very personable while maintaining his professionalism. Maggie checked me into the exam room, took my blood pressure and pulse while engaging in some light conversation about working out! When Doctor Andrew made it to the room it was funny to learn he had a very recent and similar injury to my own. He was very calm and reassuring and suggested x-rays which is what I was hoping for. Ashley was my x-ray tech and she was a blast and me laugh during the x-rays which took just a few minutes. I saw Doctor Andrew who confirmed ALL was A okay! A lot of pain but nothing broken! On the way out of the clinic, Maggie reminded me about to write this review (SMART!!!). 5 star care and attention from check in to check out. And while I hope to not see them again for any urgent or emergency needs (lol) I would come back to see this team without hesitation. Great experience!”

“Dr. Southerland is a great doc! He has a nice bedside manner and is funny. But most of all, he is very knowledgeable about feet issues. I’ve had two major foot surgeries with him and would go back again if I needed to. He takes the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. He makes sure you understand what will be done and understands the recovery requirements. On top of all that he never pushes the patient and always gives the option to say no. His nurse Joya and the office staff have always been so helpful and nice. I would recommend these people any day!!”

“My three year old daughter has attended this school since she’s been 4 months. throughout the years the staff has evolved and I couldn’t be happier with the current director and team (which has been there for 1.5 years approx) They have been very coherent and flexible but most importantly, they have been so nice to our girls. Ms Jennifer; Ms Brittany and Ms Jessica at the front desk leading the teams are awesome!! I couldn’t be more grateful for the commitment they show every day!! And most of the teachers have also been great. Gold star to Ms Kim, preK teacher, who is very experienced and has focused her attention on helping my eldest catch up with her peers, as ahe transitioned into her class. They have planned special activities throughout the entire summer, which made it so fun!! I completely trust the team in charge and I’m thankful for the excellent care they give to my little ones.
