“Christopher Starr, the location manager went above and beyond to help us. We were scheduled to move our entire house furnishings into two PODS located at the Jacksonville storage facility. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible.
