“Called the office and was expecting a wait time to see a doctor/get an appointment. I got an appt that same week. When you first walk in the front desk is a bit small but once you get to the waiting area it opens up very nicely. The wait was a bit long, they tell you to come 45 min before your appt but the staff was nice. MY PCP was Kelly Sheffer and she seemed like she was genuinely concerned about my health and concerns that I had. Although to me some of there equipment seems like it is in need of an update, it was a good visit. I will be making this my PCP from now on.”

Dr Witt, was extremely professional, caring, and friendly. He kept me informed of each step before hand, and made sure I was comfortable before beginning my ingrown toenail procedure. He did not rush, and did not leave the room until after I did, which most doctors leave first as if in rush to get to next patient. I had no issues with any communication and felt like they did a good job in communicating the plan to me. I like how they asked me how I wanted to prioritize my treatment and gave me a lot of options. I also liked that the appointments were not rushed and I felt like a VIP. Dr. Riz is very nice and caring and not like your typical doctor. He gets it! After the appointment I felt heard and my concerns were addressed. I feel much better because of them.
