“Dr. Dayal is a fantastic doctor that I would highly recommend if you need a family medicine physician. She listens to me as a patient, and I don’t feel rushed through when visiting her. I was having some finger joint issues after jamming my finger at volleyball, and I was worried about permanent damage or needing surgery, but she was able to give me some effective stretches to get my joint back to normal. Her setup at her new practice is well organized, and her front desk workers and PA are always nice to interact with. Also, I appreciate that I can get my blood work done there. It’s nice not having to go to a separate Quest location. I always enjoy my checkups, and she is not only a great doctor but also a really cool person.”

“I’ve been a patient of Dr Bates for over five years. He is the most caring & communicative physician I’ve ever encountered. It’s not the easiest feat to find a doctor willing to give an addict care & compassion. He has on multiple occasions called to check in on me. Not only his staff (they’ve called countless times), but Dr Bates himself has called out of the blue to check my welfare. In my experience that’s a one in a million. His bedside manor is beyond reproach. His decency shows with his staff also. They’ve always been patient (not easy when dealing with me), sweet, and professional. I’ve seen offices where staff is apathetic & rude. That’s not the case here. Thanks to Dr Bates & his staff for everything. I’m confident I wouldn’t still be around to write this if not for his practice.”

“I was referred here for my Invisalign treatment by my dentist at Hill Country Dentists, and I'm extremely happy with the referral. The front office staff and RDA's I've worked/communicated with are extremely kind, professional, and easy to work with -- they're also fun to have regular/random coversations with! The front office staff are prompt with checking you in and are able to easily get your next appointment scheduled (with plenty of reminders). I've also noticed they offer water and other beverages for their patients in addition to popsicles for their pediatric patients, which is a super cute and nice thing to do! I haven't seen many dental/ortho offices do this. Over the course of a year, I've been treated by both Dr. Singh and Dr. Romero, both of which are amazing orthodontists to work with. They're straightforward, confident, honest, and easy to ask questions to. I've always felt comfortable expressing my concerns, questions, fears, etc. to both of them regarding my Invisalign treatment, and they've never treated me as though I was stupid or childish for asking. Both Dr. Singh and Dr. Romero were also very clear and thorough about what to expect through my Invisalign treatment and didn't give me any false expectations/hopes about it. Additionally, they gave me a very in depth explanation about what I should be doing at home to ensure my Invisalign treatment went smoothly. For me, this is a great practice to have, especially since I've personally had different medical professionals (and have read too many Reddit, other Invisalign patient, story experiences of them) just saying to Google it or hastily rush through their explanation of post-appointment care/treatment. Even though I've moved away from Lakeway, I still have one more appointment with Sing that I'm happily willing to drive 3.5 hours for. I will edit my review and post picture updates on how my teeth look after going through my year-long journey with such a great team of RDAs and talented orthodontists.”
