“Dr. Alvares is a truly amazing and competent doctor. I love his experience, insight, treatment plan, and the time he spends with both of my sons. The treatments are making a huge difference in my allergy and asthma kiddo. However, the office staff is a mess. I can never get a call-back from a nurse. Half the time, I get dumped to a voicemail box that is "full". After two years of allergy shots and multiple requests, they can never get a statement mailed to me. I always have to call in periodically and just ask what my balance is and pay over the phone. I filled out a records request twice in order to get my boys' medical records from their office, but the requests just went ignored. Multiple times we've taken my son to get his shots and discovered that the office is randomly closed when they are normally open. We're dealing with all these pain points because Dr. Alvarez is really, really good. I just wish he had better staff.”
