“I normally don't review doctors, Dr. Simpson deserves it. He sure is someone I would trust my life with. First let me tell you a little bit about my experience, I was referred to Dr. Simpson by the emergency room on a Tuesday night. I called the office Wednesday morning and they got me In by Friday! This was the first point I was extremely happy with them, if you're reading this I'm sure you know back pain is awful I was expecting a wait of a week or two. After speaking with the front desk and setting up my appointment they briefed me on the best way to get there and where to park, the nice lady also sent the paperwork over email which really helped. She gave me the option to come in an hour early to fill the paperwork out or do it online. The paperwork really does take an hour! “I am just finishing up my 2nd visit at this practice for similar procedures in the last 7 years and I am extremely grateful to have had the best doctors (Thomas Purggett and Cristina Cueto) offering the best overall service that I could ever hope for. More recently my PCP doctor asked me if I had a preference for surgery and without batting an eye I told him I'd like a referral to this practice. I was assigned to Dr. Cueto and once again (just as the 1st visit in 2016 with Dr. Purggett) a stellar performance by the office staff, Dr. Cueto and her Medical Assistant Lourdes as I was kept very well informed throughout the ordeal and everyone I met took the time to answer extra questions of mine, even though I've now been through this kind of surgery 3 times total. Dr. Cueto's exceptional attention to detail, my comfort and keeping me informed about the procedure both pre and post op were outstanding and this conveys a welcomed relief to someone like me thats always a little nervous about surgery. She is a very kind person that took some extra time to converse with me about my situation and such a joy in this day and age to have a doctor that DOES actually care about your personal well being. I wish this surgical practice was a national treasure (as it should already be) simply from the exceptional care and concern I've received twice now, but at the very least this is a highly polished/smooth as floating water and well presented practice that I can recommend to anyone desiring the best surgical doctors, staff, and personal care. And it's now been over 15 years since my surgery, which included adding bone, posts, titanium and a host of other work that would take me several pages to detail. My summation on Dr. Taylor is that not only is he highly certified and educated, he applies everything he knows to your case, no matter how complicated, he can handle it. I have had zero problems or concerns with any of the work he completed over a decade ago.
